To preserve the integrity of the ceramic coating and wooden components, do not place the cookware in the microwave or electronic dishwasher.

• Lid Knob Packaging (20cm Glass Lid)
The wooden knob for the 20cm silicone-rimmed glass lid is packed separately within the same box. Please check all packaging materials during unboxing.

• Oven Use Precautions
Do not place the glass lid or detachable handle in the oven. The maximum safe temperature is 150°C.

• Color Disclaimer
Actual product color may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and screen display settings. These differences are purely cosmetic and do not affect product quality.

• Stacking & Storage Tips
We strongly recommend using the provided pan protector mat to stack cookware items to prevent scratches or damage during storage.

A: No, only use non-abrasive tools like wood or silicone to prevent damage to the ceramic coating.

Q: Can I cook on high heat?
A: Low to medium heat is ideal. The pan heats efficiently & high heat may cause sticking or coating damage.

Q: Do I need to use oil?
A: Yes, a small amount of oil protects the non-stick layer and improves cooking results. Always add oil before heating.

Q: Is it safe to use with scratches?
A: Yes. Even with scratches, our ceramic coating is safe to use. However, food may stick more in damaged areas.
