Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We cannot issue refunds or adjustments if a code was not entered at the time of purchase.
The color of free gift is randomly selected and subject to availability. Specific color requests cannot be accommodated.
Free gifts are automatically added to eligible orders that meet the minimum spending requirement. If the free gift does not appear in your order confirmation, it means the requirement was not met, and we are unable to provide it retroactively.

If you've had a change of heart and wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but keep in mind that once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Please note that canceled orders will incur a 10% administration fee based on the total order value, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Neoflam, Cookcell, SMC and Ablue products do not include a warranty. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer support team and we'll do our best to assist you.
