How do I register for XTORIA Rewards Program?

It's easy! Just sign up online here.

What if I already have an account?

You have automatically been enrolled in the XTORIA Rewards program. Just log into your account.

How do I earn XTORIA Rewards points?

In order to be eligible to earn points on purchases, you must be signed in to your account at the time of purchase.

Points are awarded based on purchase amount spent per transaction only, excluding any discounts. Taxes and shipping charges are not eligible toward earning points.

How do I redeem my XTORIA Rewards points?

(i): Log into your account here and click on the launcher.

(ii): Under the 'REWARDS' section, click 'REDEEM' next to the reward you want to claim. Rewards are constantly being updated, so be sure to check back often!

(iii): Please note once a redemption request has been submitted it cannot be changed, and any deduction of XTORIA Rewards points cannot be reversed.

(iv): Points from XTORIA Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold or returned.

How do I check how many points I have?

Log into your account here to see how many points you have accumulated.

Do my points ever expire?

Yes, points will expire due to account inactivity for a period of one year.

I just signed up/ placed an order/ engaged on social media but I don't see points added to my account.

Don’t worry, sometimes it takes a few minutes for our system to process and apply points to your account. If you don’t see the points reflected in 24 hours, please reach out to info@xtoria.com.sg with your account email and activity details.

Can I use XTORIA Rewards voucher code with a promotional code?

Multiple codes cannot be applied to a single order. If you have trouble redeeming rewards, please reach out to info@xtoria.com.sg

Will I be charged a delivery fee for rewards redemption?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free delivery for rewards redemption. Delivery fees apply if your minimum purchase falls below SGD60 after discounts and/or gift cards are applied.

To proceed with your redemption, you have two options:

  1. Pay for Delivery: You can choose to pay the delivery fee for your redemption items.
  2. Make a Fresh Purchase: Alternatively, you can make a fresh purchase to hit the minimum delivery requirement for free delivery. This way, you can redeem your rewards without incurring additional costs.

What happens if my order is returned or cancelled?

Any points associated with the order will be deducted from your account balance.
