NEOFLAM ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Thank you for choosing Neoflam. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products and are pleased to offer you this limited warranty.
The limited warranty covers Neoflam cookware only. Kitchen accessories and other non-cookware items are excluded from warranty coverage.
The limited warranty applies exclusively to Neoflam cookware purchased through the following authorized channels in Singapore:

WARRANTY COVERAGE
Xtoria warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, Xtoria will at its discretion, repair or replace any product found to be defective due to manufacturing faults.
EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS
This limited warranty does not cover:

Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or improper use contrary to product care instructions.

Damages including scratches, chips, discoloration, fading, stains, minor cosmetic imperfections or other changes resulting from normal wear and tear to the ceramic coating and product.

Damages caused by overheating, use of metal utensils, products abrasive in nature, improper cleaning methods, dishwasher usage, improper storage or unauthorized modifications.

Commercial use of the product.

Products purchased from unauthorized retailers, overseas retailers or second-hand sources.

Products received as Gift with Purchase (GWP).

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and must be supported by a valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or order confirmation).
Non Transferable
This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for products purchased in Singapore through authorized channels (refer to above).
No Refunds
This limited warranty does not provide for refunds. Warranty service is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product only.
Warranty Period
Any repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period, which remains one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
