All our brands come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. Please read the warranty terms for each specific brand below.
Authorised Purchase Channels
All warranty coverage applies exclusively to products purchased through the following authorised channels in Singapore:

- Official stores on Shopee, Lazada
- Departmental store partners: Takashimaya, OG, Isetan, TANGS, Metro
Products purchased from unauthorised retailers, overseas retailers, or second-hand sources are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Covers Neoflam cookware only. Kitchen accessories and non-cookware items are excluded.
What's Covered
Xtoria warrants your product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided it is used as intended under normal non-professional use, and following instruction care for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If a defect is found, Xtoria will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. This Limited Warranty is valid only in Singapore.
What's Not Covered
- Abuse, commercial use, or other non-consumer use, neglect, abnormal wear or tear, overheating, or any use not in accordance with the product instructions
- Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, scuffs, stains, discoloration, color changes, minor paint chips, normal wear and tear, or other nonfunctional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use by any party and which do not impair the functionality of the product as intended
- Damage due to improper storage
- Any accident caused by fire, flood, natural occurrences etc
- Commercial, professional, or workplace use
- Interior and exterior coating damage due to improper storing, excessive heat, or metal or sharp utensils
- Damage arising from thermal shocks, drops, improper use, failure to follow the use and care instructions, or an unauthorized modification or repair
- For coatings: non-stick deterioration, discoloration, warping, or metal separation due to high heat, prolonged heat exposure
- Damage caused by the use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach and other similar products
- Products purchased from unauthorised, overseas, or second-hand sources
- Items received as Gift with Purchase (GWP)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
- Original product packaging box
- A description of the defect, along with clear photos or videos for reference
Xtoria reserves the right to assess whether the defect falls within warranty coverage. If approved, we will repair or replace the product, or offer a comparable alternative if the original model is no longer available.
Xtoria shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Xtoria reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
