XTORIA MARKETING PTE LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”, “XTORIA”) provides this website and related services in accordance with the following Terms of Service (collectively, the "TOS").

XTORIA MARKETING PTE LTD is a company registered in Singapore under registration number 200007287Z.

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to all TOS outlined below and on the website. Please review these TOS before making any purchases on www.xtoria.com.sg.

XTORIA reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time without prior notice. Please check regularly for updates.

1. WELCOME

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM, excluding public holidays.

      2. TERMS OF SALE

      By placing an order with XTORIA, you are offering to purchase a product. All information provided must be true and accurate, and you must be an authorized user of the selected payment method.

      XTORIA reserves the right to cancel orders without prior notice if an item is out of stock.

        3. ORDERING

        Please select the correct product, variant, and size before checkout.

        You are responsible for ensuring order accuracy. XTORIA is not liable for amendments or cancellations of confirmed orders.

        Ensure your shipping address is valid and accurate. XTORIA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

        Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days from the order date unless stated otherwise.

        4. PRICE

        Prices on our website are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) based on your country of purchase.

        If an item is listed with an incorrect price, XTORIA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any affected orders, regardless of whether they have been processed.

          5. PAYMENT

          We accept the following payment methods:

          • PayNow, Atome, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, ShopBack.

          Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.

            6. LOCAL DELIVERY

            Local orders are delivered by our in-house courier or Ninjavan.

            We do not offer time-slot delivery.

            If a package is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect/incomplete addresses, a SGD10 re-shipment fee will apply.

              7. EXCHANGES

              One-time exchange per order is allowed, in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

              Exchanges must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

              Shipping charges will apply for rejected exchanges that do not meet our terms.

                8. DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

                We apologize for any defective or incorrect items received.

                Please email us at info@xtoria.com.sg within 7 calendar days of receipt with:

                • A clear snapshot of the defect or incorrect item
                • Your order details

                Our Customer Service team will provide further instructions.

                  9. DISCOUNT / PROMOTIONAL CODES

                  Apply discount codes before completing checkout.

                  No refunds will be issued if you fail to enter a discount code before order confirmation.

                  Discount code expiration dates are strictly non-extendable.

                    10. PRODUCT MEASUREMENTS/QUALITY

                    Measurements on our website are as accurate as possible, but minor discrepancies (±1cm) may occur due to mass manufacturing.

                    Such variations are not considered defects, and exchange requests for these reasons will be denied.

                      11. PRODUCT IMAGES

                      We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible.

                      However, color variations may occur due to different screen resolutions. XTORIA is not responsible for purchases made based on inaccurate color perceptions.
