The below limited warranty does not apply to any product received as GWP.
The below limited warranty is only applicable on Finamill.
Xtoria offers limited warranty on Finamill Pepper Mill & Spice Grinder, purchased either directly from us or our authorized resellers. This warranty covers the grinder's electronic motor under normal use for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
*Do take note the limited warranty is not applicable to any variation of Finapods.
The limited warranty becomes effective at the date of purchase.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, 3rd party repairs or any other circumstances beyond normal intended use. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
Warranty Claims
Kindly notify us of any warranty claims within the warranty period by contacting us via this form here.
Proof of purchase will be required to validate warranty claims.
We will require you to return the defective product back to us at our office (Details will be provided upon contacting us) for inspection or repair to determine the cause of the defect.
Inspection & repairs may take up to 5 business days.
Inspection & repairs will be subjected to labor fee.
In the event a defect covered by the warranty is discovered during the warranty period, Xtoria will either repair or replace the defective product (at Xtoria's discretion). There will not be a refund option.
The repair or replacement of your product under warranty will not extend the period of the existing warranty.

- Kindly retain your proof of purchase (Screenshots / Order Number / Receipts etc) if you have bought from authorized brick & mortar resellers, such as departmental stores within Singapore. If you do not have your proof of purchase, your warranty will be void.
