Warranty (For FinaMill Only)

The manufacturer’s limited warranty applies only to FinaMill purchases made through our official website, www.xtoria.com.sg, or authorized retailers in Singapore.

This warranty does not cover any FinaMill products received as a Gift with Purchase.

XTORIA offers a manufacturer’s limited warranty on the following products purchased directly from our official website or authorized retailers in Singapore:

Kindly note that the limited warranty does not apply to any variation of FinaPods, FinaTrays, or other FinaMill accessories. 

The manufacturer’s limited warranty exclusively covers the FinaMill spice grinder's electronic motor under normal use for 2 years from the date of purchase.

The limited warranty takes effect from the date of purchase.

For online purchases made on:

  1. www.xtoria.com.sg
  2. Official Stores on Shopee and Lazada

If you purchased from an authorized brick and mortar reseller, such as a departmental store in Singapore, please retain proof of purchase (e.g., screenshots, order numbers, or receipts). Failure to provide proof of purchase upon request will void your warranty.

WARRANTY LIMITATION & EXCLUSION

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, third party repairs or any other circumstances beyond normal intended use.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

This warranty does not cover the rechargeable battery life for the FinaMill USB Model. 

WARRANTY CLAIM

Kindly notify us of any warranty claims within the warranty period by contacting us through this form. Proof of purchase will be required to validate warranty claims.

You will need to return the defective product to our office for inspection or repair to determine the cause of the defect. Further details will be provided when you contact us.

Inspection and repairs may take up to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Inspection and repairs will be subject to a labor fee.

If a defect covered by the warranty is found during the warranty period, XTORIA will either repair or replace the defective product (at XTORIA's discretion). There will not be a refund option.

The repair or replacement of your product under warranty will not extend the original warranty period.
