Shipping
Customers are required to provide accurate, current and complete delivery addresses and contact details when placing an order. Xtoria will not be responsible for any costs or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information that leads to a failed delivery or the inability to deliver the parcel. We offer one complimentary redelivery attempt at no additional charge once the correct details are provided.
Any further redelivery attempts due to additional inaccuracies will incur a SGD10 delivery fee, or customers may opt to self-collect the parcel from our office during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, excluding public holidays).
We currently only ship within Singapore.
We offer free local delivery for orders above $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $6 applies.
Deliveries are handled by Ninja Van or our trusted in-house courier.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from Ninja Van. To track your parcel, please visit the provided link.
If your delivery is being handled by our in-house courier, tracking information will not be available at this time.
We aim to process all orders as swiftly as possible. Our typical order processing time (packing and dispatch from the warehouse) is 1-2 business days.
Please be aware that during peak periods such as Chinese New Year, Easter, Hari Raya, National Day, Christmas and other holidays, processing and delivery time may be longer.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but note that address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
For deliveries handled by our in-house courier, we offer delivery from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 11 AM and 7 PM. While you can specify your preferred delivery date in the order notes, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time (e.g., at 12 PM, before 3 PM, or after 7 PM), as the delivery schedule is determined by the drivers.
For deliveries handled by Ninja Van, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery date or time.
If no recipient is available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave the parcel in a safe location (e.g., on the riser) or outside the gate.
