Customers must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete delivery address and contact details when placing an order.
If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed delivery or the inability to deliver the parcel, XTORIA shall not be held liable for any associated costs or delays. We offer 1 complimentary redelivery attempt at no extra charge after receiving the correct details.
Any subsequent redelivery attempts due to further inaccurate information will incur a SGD10 delivery fee, or customers may choose to self-collect at our office during operational hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, excluding public holidays).
We currently ship only within Singapore.
We offer complimentary delivery for local orders over $60. For orders below $60, a flat shipping fee of $6 applies.
We deliver using J&T Express or our in-house courier service.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number from J&T Express. To check your parcel's status, visit Track My Parcel.
If your delivery is handled by our in-house courier, tracking information will not be provided at this time.
We strive to process all order as quickly as possible. Our order processing time (packing and dispatch from the warehouse) is typically 1-3 business days.
Please note that during peak periods such as Chinese New Year, Easter, Hari Raya, National Day, Christmas, and other holidays, orders may experience longer processing and delivery times.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
We deliver from Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 11am to 7pm. While you can specify your preferred delivery date in the order notes, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery times (e.g., at 12 noon, before 3pm, or after 7pm), as the delivery route is determined by our drivers.
If no recipient is available to receive the delivery, our courier will leave the parcel in a safe location (e.g., riser) or outside the gate.
