We currently only ship within Singapore. We definitely hear your feedback and hope to offer this in the future.

We offer free delivery on Singapore orders above SGD60. A flat rate of SGD6 applies to orders below SGD60. Delivery is fulfilled by our in-house courier or logistic partner, J&T Express.

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days after placing the order. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

After your order is shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can see the status of your order here.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday, 11am to 6pm (excluding Public Holidays). We are unable to deliver at specific time (e.g. at 12pm, before 5pm, after 7pm etc) as the delivery route is planned by our drivers. However, you may state your preferred delivery date in the order note.

Please contact us with your order number and updated shipping address to request an address change to your order and we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not been processed for shipment.
