Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Singapore. We definitely hear your feedback and hope to offer this in the future.

  • What are your shipping rates?

We offer free local delivery within Singapore for any orders above SGD60. For orders below SGD60, a flat rate shipping fee of SGD6 applies.

  • What courier are you using?

Delivery is fulfilled by our in-house delivery service or logistic partner, J&T Express.

  • How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number from J&T Express. For more details about your parcel status, please visit Track My Parcel.

For delivery made by our in-house delivery service, there will not be any tracking number provided at this time.

  • When will I receive my order?

Order is dispatched within 2 business days after order is placed. You can expect the package to be delivered within 2 to 3 business days after order is dispatched.

Please note that during certain busy periods such as Chinese New Year, Easter, Sale, Christmas and other holidays, orders may take a little longer than usual to be dispatched and delivered.

  • Can I change my address after placing an order?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and updated delivery address to request an address change to your order. We will do our best to accommodate if the order has not been processed for shipment. Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, we are unable to change the details of the order.

  • Can I schedule the date and time of delivery for my order?

Our in-house delivery service delivers from Monday to Friday, 11am to 6pm (excluding Public Holidays). You may state your preferred delivery date in the order note. However, we are unable to deliver at specific time (e.g. at 12pm, before 5pm, after 7pm etc) as the delivery route is planned by our drivers.
