Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Singapore. We appreciate your feedback and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

  • How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary delivery for local orders over $60. For orders below $60, a flat fee of $6 applies.

  • What courier are you using?

We use J&T Express or our in-house courier for deliveries.

  • How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number from J&T Express. For more details about your parcel status, please visit Track My Parcel.

If your delivery is handled by our in-house courier, a tracking number will not be provided at this time.

  • When will I receive my order?

You can expect your order to be delivered within 3 business days from the time of dispatch.

Please note that during busy periods such as Chinese New Year, Easter, Hari Raya, National Day, Christmas, and other holidays, orders may experience longer dispatch and delivery times.

  • Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, we are not be able to change the delivery address.

  • Can I schedule the date and time of delivery for my order?

We deliver from Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from 11am to 7pm. You may specify your preferred delivery date in the order note. However, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery times (eg. at 12 noon, before 3pm, or after 7pm) as the delivery route is determined by our drivers.
