Free gift colors are randomly selected based on availability. We're unable to accommodate specific color requests.

Free gifts are automatically included with eligible orders that meet the minimum spend requirement. If the free gift isn’t shown in your order confirmation, it means the requirement wasn’t met, and we’re unable to add it after the order is placed.

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist, but once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations can no longer be made.

Please note that a 10% administration fee (based on your order total) will be deducted from your refund for any canceled orders.
