• We recommend using non abrasive materials on the cookware (e.g.: wood and silicone)
• We do not recommend placing the cookware into electronic dishwasher.
Things to Note
• A slight gap between lid and pan is by design—to allow for natural expansion during heating.
• Slight noise from the lid during heating is normal.
• Minor surface variations on the exterior ceramic layer do not affect performance and are not defects.
Cooktop Compatibility
• Gas
• Radiant
• Electric
• Oven (Maximum recommended temperature 150°C without lid)
• Induction
⚠️ Note: While build to be compatible with all induction hobs, some brands / models may be more sensitive. Please refer to your induction hob’s manufacturer for compatibility.
Q: Can I cook on high heat?
A: We recommend using low to medium heat. Cookcell’s aluminum core allows the cookware to be heated up quickly and evenly. High heat may cause food to burn easier.
Q: Do I need to use oil?
A: Yes, oil is essential. It protects the ceramic coating and enhances performance. Always add oil before preheating.
Q: Is it safe to use metal utensils?
A: Yes! Cookcell’s surface is tough enough for metal utensils like spatulas for cooking only.
Q: Can I use it on an induction cooktop?
A: Yes, the magnetic stainless steel base supports induction. However, compatibility can vary depending on your hob brand & model.
Q: Are scratches on the coating harmful?
A: Scratches won’t release harmful or carcinogenic substances, as the ceramic coating is free from PFAS, PTFE, Lead, and Cadmium. However, food may stick slightly in scratched areas.
Q: Why does food still stick sometimes?
A: Most common reason: high heat. Stick issues can be reduced by using low heat and ensuring the oil is evenly spread and preheated before cooking.
